Hired for Architectural and Construction Management Services, Gignac & Associates is building a new secondary 10,000 sq. ft. facility, which includes a full commercial kitchen, dining area, walk-in freezer, on-site office, and storage.

Gignac & Associates provided complete interior design services for the Water Street Seafood Co. interior renovation project. Located in downtown Corpus Christi, the Water Street Seafood Co. houses a full restaurant and bar, as well as an oyster bar and lounge. The renovation included the dining area, bar, kitchen facilities, restrooms, including the selection of furniture, materials, color scheme, and lighting.

With a modern & high-tech feel, Gignac | Architects designed the interior renovation of the offices and show room of BMW in Corpus Christi.

Gignac & Associates, in association with Sasaki and Parsons Brinckerhoff,  team are providing design services for the new Corpus Christi Reginonal Transportation Authority’s Customer Service Center Complex that will be located in old uptown Corpus Christi.  This is an area that has been virtually abandoned over the past 20 years.  In an effort to revitalize the surrounding area and the nearby downtown district, the CC RTA purchased two full city blocks to develope a new governmental corridor in the area.

The joint venture partnership of Arquitectonica, Gignac | Associates, and TVS teamed to provide renovations and expansion of Corpus Christi’s Convention Center with the addition of a Multipurpose Arena. The new additions and renovations given provided an opportunity for a new “landmark” appearance and continuity of design to the large and complex arrangement of buildings on the site. Gignac and Associates provided construction document and contract administration services to facilitate quick field response time.

Renovation of a popular pizzeria on the South side of Corpus Christi.

The scope of this project involved the design and construction, using the CMAR contractor procurement method, of a new bank facility for the First Community Bank. Gignac & Associates managed and facilitated this project from pre-design through construction administration and worked closely with the Construction manager to maintain control of quality and costs. This facility was designed to maintain the regional aesthetic of the surrounding community. This included the design and selection of exterior facades and interior design and furniture selection. The building is a full-service bank, which includes offices, teller stations, a vault, employee spaces, and drive-through banking.

The First Community Retail Bank and Mortgage Center is the result of the detailed planning and execution of a design that converted several small retail spaces in a “strip” shopping center into a larger, completed renovated bank and office spaces. Prior to renovation, First Community Bank occupied a small space in the aging retail facility. Finally, the company bought out tenants and hired Gignac & Associates design team to complete renovate the interior and exterior of the building into a retail bank center complete with walk-in lobby, office spaces, drive-thru banking, mortgage center, and support facilities. This renovation was completed through complex scheduling and phasing of construction in order to keep the bank functional during the process.

Renovated the plaza to give it a more sophisticated look and feel for shoppers.
